No, renewal is not required. There is no expiration date on the certification, as we believe doulas tend to gain more experience and advance in their skills over time. However, we periodically update our course materials to ensure that you have access to the latest information and best practices. You’ll have ongoing access to these updates at no additional cost. We do this intentionally to make the course more accessible. Your certification remains valid indefinitely.

Our course offers comprehensive training that covers everything from prenatal support to labor techniques, postpartum care, and the business of being a doula. You’ll also receive access to interactive lessons, video tutorials, and a dedicated support team.

Our certificate is currently under review for acceptance by Medicare, Carrot, and other insurance providers. Additionally, it is being reviewed for Medicaid reimbursement in the following states:
California, Colorado, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
